Anger Management / Road Rage / Excessive Alcohol Consumption

offer tailor made Anger Management courses, including Road Rage, for
individuals and couples. These courses are specifically designed to
change individual's angry responses to accepable, non-threatening
behaviours. Clients must be willing to make lifestyle changes; often
involving food, sleep, excercise, drugs, and alcohol, and cognitive
changes; changes to their thinking and patterns of behaviour, to
guarantee their success.
I also offer courses to eliminate excess alcohol consumption, which involves both strategies and lifestyle changes.
